Both services include the same website care. The specifics are written into your service agreement before any work begins.
- Hosting
- Your website is hosted under an arrangement we agree on in writing before work begins, so you know exactly where the site lives and who manages it.
- Maintenance
- We handle the technical upkeep of the website after launch, so your team doesn't have to manage software updates or hosting accounts.
- Routine updates
- Day-to-day content changes, such as updated program details or a new instructor or aircraft, are included within the scope defined in your service agreement.
- Additional work
- New pages, features, or redesigns beyond the agreed scope are scoped and quoted separately, and begin only after you approve them.

What does the setup fee cover?
The one-time setup fee covers the work of designing and building your website: discovery, site structure, visual design, development, and populating the site with the branding, photography, and training information your school provides.
What does the monthly subscription include?
The monthly fee covers hosting and ongoing maintenance under the arrangement we agree on, along with routine updates within a clearly defined scope. For Stratum Web + Ops, it also covers access to platform modules as they become available, with onboarding and support defined in your service agreement.
How much can the site be customized?
Each site is designed for the school it represents. Layout, structure, and visual direction are shaped around your brand and your programs. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope can be discussed and quoted separately.
How does hosting work?
Hosting and maintenance are handled according to the arrangement we agree on before work begins. We'll walk through the options during our first conversation so the details are clear in writing.
Which operations features are available today?
The operations platform is in development. Scheduling, student and syllabus management, fleet visibility, and administrative tools are planned capabilities. Each module will be made available to Stratum Web + Ops schools only once it has been built, tested, and is ready for day-to-day use. We'll keep you informed about what is available and when.
Can we start with Stratum Web and move to Web + Ops later?
